here at peyrassol cafe we offer a simple bistro style lunch menu.
we proudly use locally baked bread from grand central bakery to construct our
changing selection of artisan sandwiches and serve coffee,
which is roasted locally by caffe umbria.
our eggs are from stiebrs farms of yelm, wa,
& all of our soups & pastas are made from scratch daily
in our modest, open kitchen.
